Hemp Oil

Does anyone here take Hemp Oil on a daily basis? If so, will you give me your opinion on it?

Yeah, If I don't smoke it I simmer about a quarter ounce in two stick of butter and strain. Then bake some cookies with the butter and add some designer whey protein.
Probably not the answer you were looking for though.
Consider this a bump.

i was, it's a good source for quality fats. second only to flax oil for omega 3 fa's. take a look at this chart...
