Help with Sustanon 250 and anavar stack

I am 25 and have trained for 4 years. I am currently 6'0 @ 189 pounds with about 22 percent bodyfat.

I took a shot of sus last night 1 and 1/2 cc and plan to take another on friday

What should my cycle look like.

I have (2) 10 ml sustanon 250 and the anavar is on the way in the next 2 days.

Also help with the PCT please.

Do 500 mg per week of sus and take 50 mg per day of var.

Most PCT varies from person to person. I wait 2 weeks after last pin and do the following:

Week 1 PCT 40mg nolv 100mg clom

Week 2 PCT 30mg nolv 50mg clom

Week 3 PCT 20mg nolv 50mg clom

Week 4 10mg nolv 50mg clom

I am trying clen after this cycle, I hear it works well, but with sides.

My thoughts as well, but atleast he found his way here ^^. Listen bro you need to Inject the Sustanon every 3 days atleast. Me personally I do it EOD because it has Test prop in the blend.
