Help for a battle plan to get back into shape (pic), a few questions

Ive been working my ass off all summer on a business i started recently. Ive been putting in 70 hour weeks on a regular basis.
Up untill a few months ago i was in shape.
Ive got a pic of my back here, that can give you a rough idea of where i was

Ive slipped to about 18% bf, lost 10lbs.
Bench has gone from 320 down to 280
Squat has gone from 370 down to 325

Im 21 years old 6'0 and am 200lbs right now
Ive been training for a little over a year. Naturally so far.

Ive gotta get my body composition back on track.

Im considering cutting for the next 8 weeks
3 20 minute sessions of jogging a week
followed by 3 100m sprints at 100% intensity

And then following a WSIB style training program to keep the mass, and strenght untill i get down to a reasonable bodyfat.

Ill be drinking 3 cups of green tea a day, and eating cayne peppers after every meal, which combined with the sprints should keep the metabolism up.

After the cuttings done im hoping to be around 12% bf.

Then start a cycle of 35 mg's of anavar a day for 10 weeks, followed with post cycle clomid. And ideally add about 10lbs of lean mass,
to bring me up to 198lbs at 11% bf

Thats my thought right now. Ive never had to do this. Im not very familiar with the diffrent anabolics. So Im open to suggestions.

For what I know, it takes the first 20min of activity to activate fat for fuel. Since then Ive been doing atleast 40min of cardio after weights.
Looks like for only a year of training youve been doing everything right from the start.
