Helladrol PCT

Have just finished cycle of Helladrol. I have a few questions about my PCT.

1-6 helladrol 75/75/75/100/100/125
1-6 transaderm (5 pumps Every morning)
1-6 n2gaurd
4-12 forma (10 pumps every night)

Pct:
6-10 Torem 90/60/60/30
6-12 forma
6-12 ostarine 25mg e/d
6-12 DAA 5g e/d
6-12 GW (SARM) 5mg AM 5mg PM
Test infusion

My question is do I take all of this in the morning together. As like the Torem/osta/DAA/GW/ and Test or do I spread it out...Torem in morning along with Osta and GW. Later take DAA and Test. First real cycle and so PCT little confusing. Already have everything so didn't wait on it just a llittle late on getting clarification I guess. Also when do I start Test infusion just added it so just would like to know some opinions as to when to start it.

how severe was the shut down? How much weight and strength did you gain?

Start the Test Infusion first day of PCT. I would also swap out the Torem for Clomid.

I recommend running bridge and dspark for 4 weeks after pct.
