Heart pounding less loudly on sarms

When I was sarms I noticed when I worked out, even very hard my heart wasn't beating as loudly as normal. On the other hand my endurance was way up.

Any comments?

The lower heart rate is from the endurance boosting benefits of SARMS. It is nothing to concern yourself about. It is actually a benefit. It will allow you to train harder and push harder.

It's the same reason why athletes use EPO and blood doping.

Here is the thing though...Before the sarms my heart bpm was like 72 now it has gone up to like 81...That bad correct?

Remember that your heart bpm ranges throughout the day and something as simple as a cup of coffee will greatly effect the scores from the test.

That is precisely how the endurance boosting works - your heart does not beat as hard, and you can workout longer and with more intensity before you reach that heart rate peak that will start to lower your performance. It is something absolutely normal. And a difference of 9 beats per minute is not significant, so I would not worry about that.

This effect is one of the things I love when I use GW. I can run harder for longer and don't feel like my chest is going to explode.

How do you measure that?

Well there is no way to measure it that I know of. You can feel it. I mean normally if a run very hard for a bit of time my heart would be pounding very loudly. You can feel it and hear it. But all the sarms I tried greatly improves it(lgd-4033, yk11), etc.

That's interesting. Yes it great that your endurance skyrocket so that you can workout longer and harder but to me at least it's also concerning that your resting heart bpm increase which indicate your heart is working harder.

Obviously something to monitor closely. I hear people say tren give them crazy numbers sometimes like 130. No doubt if I would stay on the sarms long enough mine would of kept climbing as well.
