Hi guys I will be following this cycle and I would like an advice on adding hcg or not, if yes from which week should I throw it in?
Test enanthate 500mg a week
Boldenone 500mg a week
Arimidex 1mg 3 dose a week
thanks.

I would not use HCG, neither on cycle, nor off cycle, since its benefits are definitely not worth all the risks. It can cause such side effects as gyno and suppression, and it will barely do anything for your natural testosterone production. In fact, it only mimics the functions of LH and FSH, but it will not actually make them work. As a result, you will get an increased level of testosterone only while you take HCG, which will drop back down as soon as you stop using it. Therefore, it would make sense to use something that will cause less side effects and actually do something for your natural testosterone production. For instance, you can use HCGenerate ES - it will keep the plums big and functioning during the cycle, and it will be a great help for natural testosterone production during PCT, since it will make LH and FSH actually work. As a result, your body will keep producing testosterone even after you stop taking it. However, unlike HCG, it will not cause any side effects at all, and it is more convenient, since it is taken orally. Besides, the libido boost from HCGenerate ES is a sight to see.

Check out this article on why HCG does more harm then good -> https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/anabolic-steroids-peds/hcg-dangerous-part-2-a-51145.html

I highly recommend anyone wanting more information on the topic to listen to episode #74 of the evolutionary radio podcast -> https://www.evolutionary.org/episode-74/

The only time I can see HCG having merit is for someone who has been on TRT for a long time who is trying to get their wife pregnant.

Besides that individual circumstance, I feel that HCG does more harm then good.

Ask anyone why they include HCG in their cycle/PCT lay out and they will give you a bioscience answer. I have not once heard a proper scientific answer as to why HCG should be a part of a cycle or PCT lay out.

hcg is a scam pushed by indian scammers and american crooks as some sort of weight loss remedy. there is zero evidence it does anything for weight loss.

and as far as steroids use, not a single study shows that hcg actually helps with anything. on the contrary we know it actually shuts you down harder for longer

HCG has no purpose in or around a cycle. The only benefit it has is making your nuts bigger. You can do that naturally without having to inject another hormone.
