hcg mixing

does hcg come in an unmixed form (i.e powder or pellets)? if so then what do i mix it with and where do i get it? this is new to me as ive never wanted to mix my own stuff for safety purposes. also how much do i mix? and it needs to be refrigerated after mixing too, right? someone please educate me on this subject.

3) Look real close at the product.
4) No closer
5) No CLOSER. Get your nose right up to the screen

Does it look like it's a powder, liquid or whatever? There's your answer.

It comes unconstituted. Reconstitute it with Bacteriostatic Water. Store in the fridge once mixed.
