was wondering if i should stop squatting and stop doing anything that involves my ankle because it isn't getting any better even though i am on cycle. if you were to feel your left ankle where the bone is on the side and push down on the
front side of the bump(facing toes) it hurts pretty bad. also when i wake up in the morning and first walk on it, it starts to hurt then the pain goes away through out the day.
