Hair loss and gyno

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about Hair loss and gyno within the Anabolic Steroids category.

Excerpt: Hey guys, question : If someone is prone to hair loss and gyno should they take nolva from the very beginning of the cycle rather than towards the end? How about Proviron? I hear Nolva blocks estro receptors to stop negative side effects, but the Pro actually destroys the receptors altogether. Which one's best? How about taking both on a bulking stack that uses highly aromatic compounds like Sust and Dbol? Is this a good idea?

nolvadex has nothing to do with helping prevent hair loss and proviron can actually induce it... nolvadex IS NOT an aromatase inhibitor, its an estrogen blocker which is NOT what you want... you need an aromatase inhibitor, either aromasin or arimidex... aromasin being the stronger of the two...

What kind if drugs are you planning on taking?
And yes, nolvadex won't prevent your hair from falling off. If you are prone to hair loss and that worries you taking drugs is not your best option to begin with.

    Re: Hair loss and gyno

    estrogen doesn't cause hair loss

it is the conversion to DHT or the direct DHT derivatives that fries hair follicles

the simplest way to slow it down, is to use the more mild steroids and use them conservatively

You need an AI on cycle, not nolva, and neither will stop hair loss. You will just have to use mild steroids and small amounts of you are that worried about it.

Maybe either accept the loss and gyno or don't do drugs.
