Gyno surgery now or after bulking cycle?

I am going to have gyno surgery, everything is set up. Should I wait until after my bulk cycle or do it now. I have a mild case, so I could live with it a little longer. I figured i would probably put on some more fat on the pecs so if I wait I would be able to get the fat out with lypo when I get the surgery. I cant make up my mind, but I know I am ready to do my bulk cycle now. I worry about losing my gains though because when I finish cycle and get surgery I will not be able to train for awhile. Shit, I dont know what to do.
