Gyno surgery

Has anyone had experience with gyno surgery? I wanted to know how long it took to recover from it ? How long were you on the sidelines before you could get back in the gym again?

yes, i have had it... 4 weeks to lift again but i was doing cardio in just 3 weeks... its a very easy procedure... i was awake the entire time but you can have them knock you out if you want but its not necessary... the procedure itself was like 45 minutes.. nothing to it...

Gyno surgery is pretty expensive and it's a fairly invasive surgery. You won't be able to workout for at least 2 weeks after getting it done.

Me no. The gym owner I know yes. He went to Poland for 4 days. £3000 and 4 weeks off the gym. He also had to wear a compression vest
