Ok, I got down to about 6%bf and the childhood gyno is a fact. Under my nipples there are a hard area about 1cm in diameter, also some gyno fat around lower chest/nipples. I need to get rid of this shit. I rather not go remove it with surgery. Been reading about the gyno gel, but don't know if it's worth it. Is there any other opinions out there? Would appreciate the help a LOT. Isn't there anything I could apply with DMSO that might reduce size..?
