gyno 2 months after finishing cycle...what was teh procedure again?

I noticed a small lump under my left nipple 2 months after finishing my test and anavar cycle, I didn't had it a couple of weeks ago...I know this is mentioned to deadth but what was the nolva procedure again?

do this in divided doses (20mgs every approx. 7 hrs). When your lumps disappear (hopefully within 4-8 weeks depending on the size), lower your dose to 20mgs/daily, and run that for another 4-8 weeks. Total time on nolvadex will be around 90 days (12 weeks).

Thanks..it's a very small lump about the diameter of a pencil a little larger maybe...this sucks because I don't have any nolva on me right now...I've got 10 boxes of astra zeneca at home. I'll start thursday when I get home ...
