Taking a break from the weights to decondition the tissue a bit. I do this often in my 2 decades of lifting. Helps a lot. I get like 180g of proteing just from the shakes. I eat almost everyday after 3pm been doing IF for 10 yrs. I will try to log meals for u guys. And will post training as I go. Just standby... might return next Monay or Wednesday. Been hitting it hard for 7 months with only a small 5 day layoff. Need it again because Im a fukn beast and dont want to get hurt. Thankfully never have been injured. Promise I will post a nice lifting log soon.
