I want to start doing macros and meal prep... I have the Vertical Diet 3.0 by Stan. We shall see how it goes. I got bloodwork done today for 160USD. Using the LC/MS assays. So should have some numbers for yall in a week or so.

I pinned .3 mL left ventro 11/28

This morning woke up around noon pinned left side shoulder .2 mL. Drank some OJ and Cranberry with a Protein shake and 1/4 tsp of pink salt plus 6 caps of Flax and some D3+K2, Super B Complex and extra D3 10,000IU since the other doesnt have much in it. Blood pressure was good this morning too.
No more Proviron. Working at 3pm today.
Having pizza for breakfast.
