Growth and torn rotator cuff

My friend tore his rotator cuff recently. I'm wondering if HGH will help repair it, or if surgery is inevitable. Also, does anyone know if surgery will bring about complete recovery? Thanks, bros

It's the worst surgery I ever had.....and no there are no steroids that will repair it or I would have tried it.....

I am about to do deca which will retain water in the joint and relieve it some....

He might want to look into ART (Active Release Techniques). I fucked my Rotator cuff as well, and they told me I needed surgery. I knew that if I get surgery, I would never be the same again. I tried regular physio, it helped, but not all that much. Someone told me about ART, and I'm now pressing 80% of what I use to.
