In my first cycle. 400Deca, 250 Test., Im 58 y/o, 3rd wk had small injury. . . .had to lay off for 10 days,,,,,, continued to gain weight. Didnt seem to put on any fat.
Does the tissue repair process continue over that period of time, even if you are not lifting? Is active muscle built or is it water from the Test?
