Green tea liquid or green tea extract (caps)

I'm not a big fan of tea in general, so I'm wondering if the caps will be as effective as the tea itself. Here's the nutri info from Twinlab for the caps

Green Tae Leaf Extract (satandardized for 50% polyphenols) 300 mg **
Green Tea Leaf 999 mg **

And the liquid tea has...
Proprietary Herbal Blend
[Green Tea Leaves, Acerola Fruit, Red Date Extract, Ginger Root Extract, Orange Peel Extract, Rose Hips Extract, Lemon Peel Extract, Cardamon Fruit Extract, Cinnamon Bark Extract] 2g
(doesn't help much, does it

Thoughts?

i think all the benifits of grean tea are in the grean tea leaf itself. there are all kinds of anti oxidants and stuff. i would go with regular grean tea 3 times a day

note- green tea has been shown to reduce 5a reduction of test (less DHT)

nice! how much do you use? nb, i was gonna use it for its fat burning properties, but less dht is good too :)
