It's not such a cut and dry answer. The variance isn't a 15MG swing by using the grapefruit juice. It's more like using 30MG of D-bol = 25MG of D-Bol w/ GF juice. The absorbtion rate is increased by using the grapefruit juice, and the peak blood plasma levels are higher as well, but it's not a way to cut corners.

I guess there is no real cut an d dry way to figure this out as mentioned above. And I am sure that it is different from one compound to another. I will take g-fruit juice with my var just inspite.
