Hi guys , I wanted to share with you my experience to see if you can help me, I'm on my 4th week of clen and test cycle, clen 60 mg a day and test 400 mg a week, but cramps and muscle lock up is crazy and not even taking taurine makes a difference, this guy at the gym said N2GUARD is what I need and I went online and it's a bit expensive to have shipped to my country but if it works I don't care to spend the money I want to find a solution to this shit, I wanted some opinions about it before buying it, thank you.

Clen is will known to causing muscle cramps. Muscle cramps/lower back pumps are a very common problem for a lot of clen users. Taurine is probably the best supplement you can take to prevent them.

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

There are better alternatives that directly increase fat loss, with no risk of loosing muscle mass and no side effects like insomnia or muscle cramps. Cardarine gw is going to be your best option. It directly increases fat loss, endurance and recovery. It is not a stimulant or a hormone and is pretty much void of side effects.

I haven't used clen myself in years and don't recommend it to my clients at all anymore. If they are trying to burn fat, I recommend cardarine and maybe a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from n2bm.com.

I would drop the clen. It will cause muscle cramps on many people. Instead of using it, just adjust diet properly for fat loss and you could even add in Cardarine or SR-9009 from sarms1.

N2Guard is an overall great supplement, I can tell you that.

The cramps are coming from clen. What you need to do is increase water intake, drink extra minerals and also supplement with taurine which you can find in N2Guard
