Im gonna be doing some amateur fighting here pretty soon.
Im into it with all i got.
Havent been able to lift as much as i used to since the boxing leaves me pretty wore out.
Anyway im 5'10 193 lbs and seem to be stuck at 190-195. I'm down from 245 january last year.
The class below me is at 178.
I figure i will jut stay around this weight and use my speed.
My question is, in order to gain strength and not too much mass, say 7lbs solid muscle while still losing b/f. Do i need to go with var and spend close to $700? Maybe eq, winny? Primo intead of eq? Thanks, any opinion woud be appreciated.
