maintaining a good ratio is very important. Make sure to take plenty of good oil supps for omega 3,69 EFA's. Should be at least a 2:1 (preferably 3:1) ratio of OM3 to OM6/9. Your LDL can be on the high side, but if your HDL is also high it's not as critical. I have posted more on this topic...and I would post more now, but I'm tired and about to go to bed.
