glute pain post injection and worried

I just started my cycle last Friday and my first pin was 300mgs of test into my glutes using a 22G needle. 2 days later i cannot even sit down it hurts so much. soreness around the injection site. the good news is that there is no lump or anything that i have noticed, it is like just sore. i did everything i was supposed to do and washed the area. what is going on here?

tissue irritation can last 10 days or more. really nothing you can do except ice it down and apply heat

a 22 gauge needle will do that man... why are you using one like that... switch to a 25 inch

If this is your first time pinning it is completely normal. The PIP will go away in a few days and pinning will no longer become an issue over time. Nothing to worry about. I would however switch to a smaller needle. I am using a 25g most times but 23g is as big as I will go.

you're a noob and just injected 300mg of Test at one time. I don't even do that.
