Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I like to inject my glutes as the room for error is much smaller than injecting smaller muscles, plus i got a pretty big ass. the issue is whenever i inject my glutes i get sore on the back of my legs like along my hamstrings. has anyone ever had this happen? i am not sure if it is a spasm or something else.

And you DO need to use different sites

Could be a nerve like stevesmi said. Make sure you are also not tensing the muscle when injecting. Try to keep your weight on the leg you are not pinning.
Make sure you are pinning relaxed. If you flex or tighten a muscle during pinning, that PIP is going to radiate and have a larger affected area
