Is it useful to take gh on an empty stomach, and not eat for around 3-4 hrs. afterwards to maximize fat burning? I guess I am wondering if gh has an immediate effect on fat burning, and if no food is consumed, insulin levels will remain low, and fat burning will remain high? Also, will taking more frequent lower doses help with buring fat, say taking 3iu 3 hrs. before morning workout, then 3iu 3 hrs before lunch, and then 3 before bed? Has anyone tried this before or have info on it?
