GH Injection (Needle position in the Pinch) Question?

When injecting GH I know that you have to pinch a layer of fat/skin-now my question is do I inject into the top part of the pinch or do I inject into the side area of the pinch?
I have two conflicting answers and I need to clear this up once and for all.......

Hit the top part. I always inject around my abs, not much pain, and you have a larger area for those multiple injections.
