Getting your Test Levels Tested???

I've heard a few board members talking about getting their Test levels checked prior to starting another cycle to make sure things are ok. How many people do this and where can you get it done (just ask your doc?)?

How should I phrase it? what other reasons are there to ask for other than... "hey doc I finished up a deca, sust, anavar cycle bout 3 months ago and am planning my next, how'm i lookin'?"

are there labs that do it?
