Hi guys I'm 28 years old looking to get big, I would like to know what's the proper time of lifting and dieting to build a base prior too cycling for first time, I started lifting two months ago I consider myself in good shape but I'm not looking to start my cycle of test any time soon, maybe in about 10 months, what would be the ideal time of preparation to build a solid base to run AAS, thank you
