getting blood tests done for myself, what to test for?

i am going through one of those clinics where u can pick and choose the blood tests u want done and pay for them without insurance. what ones should i have checked.

I would check the following:

Liver Enzymes - Included in CMP (Complete Medical Profile)
Tesotsterone Level
Free Testosterone Level
Estradiol Level

Just as a base, but don't know what your concerns/goals of testing are.
 
What does the bloodwork cost? Do they ask you a bunch of questions about why you want the bloddwork done?
