first timers (from what i read about) go around 3-4 IU's ed. most do 5 days on 2 days off. But I have also read about some studies about 1 day on 1 day off is better and will produce better gains. You can;'t stack it with IGF-1 and/ or a cycle of AS which will produce even better gains than GH alone. GH is run for at least 3-6 months for optimal GH gains/ results

Pound for pound or dollar for dollar, Gensci Jintropin is the ticket...It's cheaper and is every bit as good as the other GH formulas on the market...Generally when you have gone 2 months on GH it is then you should add your AAS for the greatest benefits...

Okay, no flame intended, but your question here makes it clear you have done no research. Please don't start messing around with drugs like gh until you have at least done a little reading.

bump hgh should be a sub-q inject but u can ride intramuscular if u choose it should go in ur ab area
