I'm still really new to the steroid game and have been a long time reader on here. First post. Just looking at running a cycle of genpharma and have read doses on test. Too high, too low, etc...

So I have genpharma test 400 as the bottle says. But then below it says enanthe (300 mg) propionate (100mg) 400mg/ml

So would that be considered 400mg dose?
That considered a high dose right? Would you recommend a lower dose?

if you are buying testosterone in a bottle then what you have there is a scam. it is likely just a weak pro hormone DHEA product which will do nothing except loosen your wallet

If this is a legit test product then the concentration is 400mg/ml. A good weekly dose for a test cycle would be 400-600mg per week. Your product is mostly long esters so I would inject .5ml twice per week. That would be a 400mg per week test cycle.

Each mL contains 300mg of testosterone enanthate and 100mg testosterone propionate for a total of 400mg testosterone/mL.

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone 500mg/week <- inject 1.25mL of your test400 per week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- VERY important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention

Enanthate mixed with propionate does not seem like a good mix, as you would need to inject it every other day, but then it beats the purpose of using a long ester such as enanthate.

Dont get the idea behind this blend..
