Anyway, I was concerned with the idea of general health and longevity with this diet. I'm on a budget right now, and it's difficult or me, but the diet seems to more or less have what one would need. I think. I'm sure some type of multivitamin or mineral would be in order, but in general, would this diet work?

I want to get bigger, and stronger, but I also want to maintain good health. If anyone would point me towards anything else that has scientific backing as to why it's healthy, that would be great.

Oh, and on a final note, which multivitamin/mineral brand would you recommend, that has a high bioavailability?
