I've no experience of either as yet.
I've only ran sarms for muscle gain and the only one good at that is lgd
quality is important. unfortunately both peptides and sarm's the quality out there is awful
that is why i get my sarm's from sarms1 only. that is the only place i trust

It is comparing apples to oranges.
They have completely different mechanisms of action.
If I had to choose I would go with SARMs just because I have a reliable source in sarms1. Peptides are like 99% fake or underdosed out there. If you find a good peptide source that can be gold.
