Excerpt: I am halfway through a 10 week cycle of test E at 400mg a week. I have gained 12 pounds so far in 5 week which is more than 2 pounds a week of rock solid muscle. I have 5 weeks left and what should my goal be at the end. I realize it won't be another 12 pounds but do you think i could at least get 6 more pounds? thanks

    buddy you didn't gain 12 pounds of rock hard muscle. the truth is maybe 1/2 a pound was actual muscle tissue, and that is stretching it. don't confuse water in the muscle for actual tissue

    if you could gain 12 pounds of muscle in 5 weeks imagine. after 20 weeks you would gain 48 pounds lol

    well the first thing you should do is be reasonable... you didnt gain 12 lbs of "rock hard muscle" bro.. you may have made some good gains thus far though... just dont get confused into thinking that you have gained that much pure muscle...

    At the end if you keep 5lbs of pure muscle gain you will be very happy.

    If you're 10 weeks in youre probably tapped out on gains. And the actual muscle tissue gain is maybe 10% of the weight you gained
