free hmb should i use?

i have a ton of hmb made by body fortress that i acquired a while ago. should i use it and at what dose? i dont just want to throw it away

Well, I don't think it would do you a lot of good to throw it away. Not sure on doseages, read the bottle. I've never used it, but I know HMB is anti-catabolic. With that in mind, I'd tend to use it with cutting cycles rather than bulking.

In studies 15grams at a time were used. Even at that dose pretty useless. I have to agree with serge sell it to some natural wonder at the gym.
