Form is good

I think I'm really starting to know what it all means--
to have perfect form,
so I tighten,
like the last twist of a tricky screw,
the muscle being worked,
exploding the tissue of confining skin.
Bodybuilding begins today,
not when I first grabbed weight.

Interesting, but have you ever watched Pumping Iron to see how the old schoo guys trained, or any modern videos of guys like Ronnie Coleman or Flex Wheeler? I see a lot of 3/4 reps, cheating and swinging the weights all over the place. Are they NOT bodybuilding then?

I agree form is# 1
Cheating can be done on the last set when you just want to bring it to end. But, all the previous sets must be perfect form.

It's how you lift not what you lift.
