Pretty much just get back into the gym and hit it hard man. Nothing else to say... You don't need some drug for every aspect of life, just roll with it and you will be fine my friend.
If anything, now you don't have to worry about getting sick for a while man.
start hydrating yourself thoroughly everyday... im not sure how bad you had it but my assumption is you had it bad which means you were likely vomiting a good amount... ease yourself back into the gym, eat some good meals and just get back into the flow of things as normal but dont go all out right off the jump...
