I have pretty much hit walls in terns of muscle and size. I have varied my routine to or no success so I’ve decided to try oral supplements to help. This will be my first ever cycle so I’d appreciate some help or guidance. I am considering the following:

1 3 tabs/day 2 tabs/day
2 4 tabs/day 2 tabs/day
3 5 tabs/day 3 tabs/day
4 5 tabs/day 3 tabs/day
5 6 tabs/day 3 tabs/day
6 7 tabs/day 3 tabs/day
7 7 tabs/day 3 tabs/day
8 5 tabs/day 2 tabs/day
All being well with the above what PCT do you recommend, I seem to have read a lot about Clomid and Nolvadex.
