first steroid cycle

Hey this is my first steroid cycle ever, I have ran ostarine MK before sarm, never steroids. My concern is how much of an AI anti estrogen to run. I’m 33 years old 162 pounds and 12% body fat. Want to gain 5-10 pounds and stay lean. Was thinking about 300mg a week testosterone cyptionate and 50mg a day anavar oxandrolone, what you think?

I like your cycle test and anavar but testosterone needs to be at 500mgs/week with anavar staying at 50mgs, add some aromasin 12.5mgs eod and ostazol 4 caps preworkout.

if you dont have cycle support, get it asap n2guard 5 caps/day you need it for liver kidney and organ support

12.5 mg eod of aromasin or .5 mg eod of arimidex is a good, general starting point when it comes to an ai but everyone is different on what they may or may not need... you have to assess through bloodwork... that may be a bit high on this kind of cycle but you just never know until you test it through bloodwork

the more aromatizing compounds you run over a trt dose the more AI you should do to control estrogen. bloods will guide you

At 300mg per day you need to be very careful with an AI. You could easily crash estrogen. I would do 12.5mg aromasin maybe twice a week to start. See how you feel and what your mid-cycle blood work shows.
