Is that on a 6 week research study, 8 week, or 12 week ?
I guess it is going to be depending on dosage and duration of the research. Probably dependant on the subject's weight as well?

I'm planning for 8 week study at dosage of 20mg per day. The subject is 166lbs as of yesterday.

It was a 20 week study done on rats. The dosage given to the rats would be equivalent to about 25mg/day given to humans.
