First ever cycle???

Hello everyone please do not flame me for doing a dbol only cycle (Orals), I am a first time user. If anything give me advice please and try not to put me down to much.. But I will start by giving my stats. I will try and be as detailed as possible with my everyday routine. I Plan on using Nolvadex for PCT.

My workout goes Day 1: Chest, Triceps
Day 2: shoulders biceps
Day 3: back, legs

Age:21
Height: 5'11
Weight: 136lbs
Training Years: 3
Gender:Male

My current Workout:
CHEST: (All DUMBBELLS)
Bench Press 5 sets x 10 Reps (55lbs Dumbbells)
Incline Press 5 sets x 10 Reps (50lbs Dumbbells)
2nd Bench Press 5 sets x 10 reps (50lbs Dumbbells)
Pec Flys 5 sets x 10 reps (25lbs Dumbbells)

Triceps:
Seated Tricep Press (Dumbbells) 5 sets x 10 reps (40lbs Dumbbell)
(Cable) One Arm Tricep Extention 5 sets x 10 reps (45lbs Weight)
(V-Bar Attachment) Tricep Pushdown 5 sets x 10 reps (110lbs Weight)

Biceps:
Bicep Curl 5 sets x 10 reps (35lbs Dumbbells)
2nd Bicep Curl 5 sets x 10 reps (30lbs Dumbbells)

Back: (My BACK is currently the weakest of all my body)
Lat Pulldown 5 sets x 10 reps (Machine 90lbs weight)
Seated Rows 5 sets x 10 reps (Machine 115lbs weight)
Reverse Flys 5 sets x 10 reps (Machine 95lbs weight)

Legs: (Legs also weak)
Seated Leg Curl 5 sets x 10 reps (Machine 100lbs weight)
Leg Extentions 5 sets x 10 reps (Machine 100 lbs weight)
Calves Raises 5 sets x 10 reps (3x 45lbs plates)
Leg Press 5 sets x 10 reps (Machine 130lbs, Seat closest in.
Inner Thigh press 5 sets x 10 reps (Hip Machine, 135lbs weight)
Leg Kickback 5 sets x 10 reps (Machine 110lbs weight)

Shoulders: (DUMBBELLS)
Shoulder Press 5 sets x 10 reps (45lbs Dumbbells)
Side Arm Raises 5 sets x 10 reps (27.5lbs Dumbbells)
Front Arm Raises 5 sets x 10 reps (27.5lbs Dumbbells)
Upright Barbell Row 5 sets x 10 reps (80lbs Barbell)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ( I WORK A LABOUR JOB (Landscaping) ) (INCLUDES LOTS OF CARDIO/HEAVY LIFTING/) I am also eating 3000-5000 calories a day (NO FAST FOOD)

Supplements being taken on top of dbol include:
Liver Care (CANADIAN VERSION OF LIV 52)
Multi Vitamin
Creatine
Whey Protein
Mass Gainer (1000 calories, 60g protein, 170g carbs) 1.5 serving per day.

OK now that my workout is out of the way, my questions begin. I know I am still very young and should not be using steroids but my mind is basically set on doing this no matter what. Side effects are not issues to me due to me knowing true side efffects already from drugs such as Oxy Cotton and Ecstacy. I am currently no longer using those drugs, But my questions are...

1) Is 40mg/ED for 6 weeks too much?
2) For PCT how long and how much mg of novladex should I be taking?
3) If I miss the half life time frame, does it mean I've cancelled the effect of the pill entirely and been wasting time?
4) Should I change my dosage towards end of weeks so my body doesnt go from having 40mg to 0mg? In other words should I slowly lower dosage so my body isnt in shock from 40 to 0mg?
5) Are the supplements im using good or bad?
6) Does dbol cause stomach pains?
7)IF Gyno were to occur, what are symptoms that its happening and what should I do If any occur?

Additional info: I have tried my hardest for the last couple years to gain weight and have always eaten like a horse and no matter what I do I cannot gain any weight, so i have resorted to dbol. My weight frustrates me, I seem to only get more cut and strong but I cannot put on any actual mass. I HAVE BEEN TAKING dbol SINCE AUGUST 2ND. I have put on only 2lbs so far (Today is August 7) IS this normal? or should i be gaining more. THANKS.

136 lbs???? Please put the dbols down. You are too young as well. Gain another 40-50 lbs naturally, by eating and working out. You have good natural test levels at your age and combining a good diet and workout routine should be our goal for the next couple years. I am pretty sure this is the only advice you will receive regarding this on here.
 
Ok im sorry but i have to call bs on your 3 yrs of training. at your height with proper training and diet your weights should be alot heavier. I mean leg press 130 on a 5x10 ???? thats not the only number that just seems way off but man 3 years of training would reflect higher weight. if you were eating right andworked out right at your heigt youd weigh alot more than 135 bro i dont care what you say. Your work out needs some serious tweaking imop , but id say your diet is seriously your problem. Even if the amount of iron you move on your work outs doesnt raise a red flag to anyone else, the fact you are only 21 is enough for me to tell you that roids arent the answer. The right diet and a didcated work out schedule that is alot more effective will yeild better results. i wil post up a thread that i recently wrote on that you too should follow intensely
