first cycle: var only or test enanth/var @t 250 wk/30 mg day

STats: 25
years training: 4
Weight: 175 lbs (i know I`m little)
Height: 5'9
Bf: arround 10-11 %
Good base to start aas, reached plateau since can not put on solid lean mass weight for a year.

Goals: Strenght for baseball, maybe gain 8 lbs lean mass (minimum) from my first cycle.

Diet: In check, 6 medium meals a day ( around 3500 cals)
Training: Basically I`m trining for mass since I am skinny, working good.
Supps: creatine, multivit, milk thistle, ancillaries in check.

Can't decide about the proper cycle , a var (oxandrolone only ) cycle at 30 mg a day for 8 wks.
or
test enenth (scherings) / var at 250 mg a week. wkz 1-10
var (qv) at 30 mg 8 wks wks 4-12

Please comment what would you do... thanx bros!

You may want to bump the test to 500/week but you have fresh receptors so you may react to a lower dose. What's your PCT look like? Don't forget that part!

going with nolva only , if i throw in the test maybe will incorporate clomid and some hcg (if needed) , going to use swale's protocol on hcg ( small 250 uis shots sat-sunday) again, only if needed and only if i go with the stack of test and var.

Just MHO....but test only should be everyone's first cycle. You can hit 500mg/wk for ten weeks. Having said that, if you want to stack, Var is a sensible option.

Eat more cal like BBF said and add in protein drinks....at least 200mg/day.
