first cycle test cyp confusion

I'm a bit confused on my first cycle and I will explain why. I am buying enough to run it 500mg a week but i am not sure how much aromasin i need to dose with it. the cyp comes in amps which are 250mg each. I also got nolva and clomid for my pct. i want to make sure my doses are correct. i'm 25yrs old and 5'10 with 16% body fat

everyone is different... i would recommend starting at 12.5 mg every other day... your mid cycle bloodwork will indicate how you are doing at that dose unless you start to get symptoms of high or low estrogen, you would want to get bloodwork before mid cycle if that occurs

test or any aromatizing steroid vs. an AI is the age old question. you figure that out with bloods and experience. also your body does change from cycle to cycle or after 5 years or 15 years. so adjustments always have to be made

A good starting point is 10-12.5mg EOD of aromasin with 500mg test. After week 5, get bloods to verify estrogen levels and adjust your AI dose.
