first cycle question

Getting ready to start my first cycle an oral only stack. It is as follows

gp methan 50
Go proviron
Liv-52

I was wondering what pct I should be doing and also what estrogen inhitbator or other liver protectant I'll need. After this cycle iam gonna go to injectable just wanted to start with this.also had a lil gyno as a kid so I wanna watch out for this.

Iam 25 182 6'1

Get n2 guard and maybe Lil aromasin but really shouldn't need with proviron

I was wondering been lifting four years. The oral only stack comes as is but dosnt go into details on if u need anything else.

I've heard good things about methan50, what is your BF%? Definitely get your hands on some aromasin or arimidex to keep your estro in check.

Its either 12 or 13 percent

OK well that's not bad, don't go overboard with the AI though, maybe .25 or .5 twice a week and if you have issues alter the dose accordingly.

Being new to all of this will I need anything other than the methan proviron and liv 52 once I have cycled for my pct or do I just keep taking the proviron as my pct.
