First cycle ever..advice please..

I know how it is for guys like your self. My brother has always had the same problem gaining weight, alot of ppl would say the nastiest things and make fun of him saying he looked sick, yet it had nothing to do with your diet or exursice(spelling) routine. It's just genetics. However a high protien/creatine intake + hard dedication to the gym did solve his problem, while on the other hand guys like your self might tend to have it a bit harder. However I do believe there is oral test if not equilavents. I know of a certain somebody that was on oral test tabs, they come in 20mg pm and I'll show you a pic of em. I've also heard that Andriol is the oral form of Test E I believe?? I know it's some sort of test but can't be test S. I know how you feel about injections as do I feel the same way, but if u think about it, it can be more effect and less harsh on the liver. Not to mention you could be looking at only 1 shot a week, that's not to bad. There r also alternative such as patches and testogel, but I've heard nasty things about both. Well hope that helped..
 
man all that is b/s i used to be so skinny when I started 135 pounds and thought it was impossible to gain muscle weight until I started stuffing myself with food every 3 hours religiously and resting like a hospital patient. gained 20 pounds in 5 months naturally! Let us know what you decide to do but my opinion on the matter is that you should work more on your eating and training habbits be4 hoppin on the juice train. Go hard or go home is basically it.
 
for the guys saying wtf about oral test, there is such a thing, its called Andriol (testosterone undecanoate). I would say get your diet in check and hold off until you can get up to at least 175-180 naturally before giving gear a shot.
 
60-80mg/ed Anavar only for 8-10 weeks just my opinion...or even a Test only cylce can to go wrong there.
 
hey dude...i had the same question about a month ago...see...i still havent done the juice, but thanx to these guys here...see..what they said is that if i get my diet perfect, i will not need steroids for a long time...im just like you,21 and 170 pounds,and i altered my diet to be semi-good, and i gained 15 pounds in 2 weeks....all in all, guys like us dont need steroids yet,we could go for another 20-25 pounds in the next year with FOOD only.so my suggestions is stick with food for a little while, and then see what happens...oh, and keep us posted
 
Weeks 1-10 500mg/week either sust, test enth or test cyp
Weeks 1-4 20-30mg/ED dbol


Eat well and train very hard. Some of your questions raise some suspicion that you dont really know much about any of this. Thats cool tho, thats why we all ask questions and visit this site. The best thing you can do is read as much as you can - and in the mean time, train as hard as you can and start eating alot more good foods. Good luck with whatever you decide.
 
As far as my diet goes, I do eat throughout the day and it consists of chicken, steak, fish, lots of tuna (and lots of it!) and that's pretty much everyhthig I eat.. Protein shake every morning and everytime after my workouts sometimes one before my workout too... I do train 5 days a week sat-sun off and try to lift heavy 6-8 reps. Sometimes I workout 4 days a week with a day of rest in between..cardio every other morning on workout days.. I will post this on diet/ weight training forum..
I'm not looking to do hardcore cycles, just looking for a little bust that will give me some quicker results along with my diet.. Even if it's not 25lb of muscle, I'll be ok with 10-15 that I can keep after cycle..
If I were you, I wouldnt do any cardio, especially in the morning on workout days like you say. I am a naturally skinny person too, but it makes it alot harder to gain weight when your spending energy on cardio. Just focus on lifting heavy and eating big right now
 
Good point. If you really are finding it hard to pack on the mass. Keep cardio and sports to a minimum for now. If you start piling on the fat, then hit the treadmill a few times a week.
