Planning to start my first cycle here in the next couple of weeks. Planning on doing a test/deca cycle then off cycle for a bitto come back to a test/tren cycle. My buddy is the one giving me advice as he's done it for his profession before but it's my body and I want a second or 1200th opinion haha. I'm 26 6'2 220 at 15%bf and have been fairly consistent in my diet for years. Any advice would be awesome.
You need to find a new buddy then because he's giving you shit advice.
