finaplix not feeling good :(

I have been on fina for about 3 days and I've got some kind of
sinus thing going on. And I'm dry as hell. It seems that no matter
how much water I drink I'm still thirsty. (not as bad as extacy,but
similar) I know I have the real deal, thats not in question. Can
anyone tell me what the heck is going on???
