Fina/Phlojel Rash & Bumps

Check this,

Been on Fina via Phlojel for about 5 weeks.

Been wrapping are with saran at night but
NO MORE!!! The stuff actually works way better
if you just leave it on in the open for 1 or 2 hours.

I have been getting rashed on my ankles.
Now I have tiny little bumps all over my hands?

Any ideas?

I just started winny too 50mg/eod
Fina 4 tabs/ed

I forgot to add that I am also taking:

t3-- Currently 3/ed moving off
clen-- 10 tabs/ed

bumps are on the top and sides of my fingers
from about my knuckes to my nails. Probably
around 20 bumps per finger.. Little tiny things
but noticeable.
