Well im well into week 2 of my ckd+eca run. I havent weighed myself in a week but my shorts are falling off and my upper body is getting leaner everyday. My breath smells like the ass of a rhinousaurus but its all good. Its hard to train well so i have been doing total body workouts 3 days a week just to maintain. Ill have more pics posted soon.....

Bro ..if it works for you then keep doing it. But personally I worked out my whole body hard once(not including depletion workout) a week to maintain. Anything more may be too much.

If you find yourself losing strength on your lifts you should scale back a little.

One thing i actually love about this diet except for the constant un-bloated feeling....

I sleep like a fucking baby every night, i have had sleeping problems for a while. Not the past 2 weeks.

I actually feel stronger, weird, i thought i would loose strength.

My workouts are all total failure sets. I will take pics in my 4th week and post them....
