yes she is, shes down 6 lbs in the 1st week..

hrt rate monitor says 172 and she can still speak clearly.. wow, that's incredible for anyone.. let alone a 42 yr old woman..

and she's on week 2 now.. the initial weight loss does not seem to continue to build nor does taking more seem to cause an increased effect..

however being able to do sustained significant cardio without feeling exhausted = true fat loss..
